Facility and Booking Rental:
The Peacock Inn staff realizes that every event is different and we want to make your function as easy on you as possible and we do that by function design. Function design allows us to put together a package that can include not only the room but also chairs, tables, linens, floral arangements, candelabras and a wide range of AV equipment just to name a few.

AV Equipment:
All of our AV equipment can be used by the client for an additional investment. Available equipment includes screen, overhead projector, TV and DVD, laser pointers, flip charts, microphones, internet usage, and podium. Please contact us for prices on such equipment.

We can arrange an array of food and beverage choices from our recently completed commercial kitchen.

Bar and Liquor:
The Peacock Inn allows all alcoholic beverages to be served during any function with prior coordination. The client accepts the liability for such alcohol use and agrees to the responsibility of monitoring and/or restricting use as well as providing alternate transportation for those considered unsafe or determined to be under the influence. The Peacock Inn has the right to refuse service to any person. We will be glad to call a taxi for anyone needing transportation. Professional bartenders will be used for large parties.

Parking:
Parking is allowed in designated areas only. Parking attendants are required for any event involving 100 people or more. Security may be required for certain events at the Client’s expense.

Day of the Event:
We ask that the host/hostess be on site at least 30 minutes prior to their event to do a walk-through with the event coordinator.

Cancellations:
All deposits and monies paid toward any event are non-refundable and non-transferable. The Peacock Inn reserves the right to cancel at any time due to unforeseen circumstances by returning the full payment at least 30 days prior to the event as fully liquidated damages for the cancellation.

Smoking:
The Peacock Inn does not allow smoking inside any part of our facility. Ashtrays are available outside.

Payments:
An initial payment is due upon signing to reserve the space requested for your event. If the remaining payment is not received by the due date, the space will be released. Advance payment is due by the date specified in the contract. If payment is not received, the event will be changed to tentative status and the space will become available for others. Deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is due fourteen (14) business days prior to the event. Bar tabs and other non-determined charges will be due within three days of the event. Failure to pay remaining balance may result in additional charges. Direct billing requires a purchase order number and must be approved by management.

Decorating and Rice/Confetti Usage:
Management must approve all décor, signage, furniture, and props. Tape, nails, pushpins or potentially damaging fasteners may not be used to hang signs or other materials on walls. Noise volume will be controlled by management in order to insure quality functions in all of our groups. We ask that you plan to use birdseed confetti during a wedding reception for distribution outside only.

Policy Disclaimer:
The Peacock Inn reserves the right to dismiss a Client or the Client’s guests from the property if improper, illegal or injurious behavior is displayed or Inn’s policies are not adhered to. Prices and policies are subject to change.
